Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties. From routine repairs and maintenance tasks to responding to emergencies and addressing resident concerns, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct inspections of properties to identify maintenance issues and address them in a timely manner.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and property managers, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and severity.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs and projects.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory.
• Assist with property turnovers and renovations, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field, with a strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
